Therefore, human resource management is regarded as the important part of the enterprise management and plays a decisive role in the development of the enterprise.During the rapid development of Baixiang Food Group in the recent 10 years, human resource management always keeps its important role in the enterprise management. The management team of the company pays much more attention to the management and exploitation of human resource, and at the same time regulates the human resource strategy according to the change of the situation, in order to bring the enthusiasm and creativity of the employee into full play, strengthen the cohesion and centrality of the company, speed the development of the enterprise and accelerate the progress of the enterprise's modernization management.
