Spare Parts Management Of Small And Medium-sized Tobacco Enterprises Applied Research

Enterprise' production logistics is the core part of the whole enterprise'logistics system. Supply logistics is the pre-condition for keeping up the enterprise'operating activeities in a good order while the supply logistics is largely dependent upon the three factors like purchasing, supply and storage. Being the key process of supply logistics, storage management is playing an important role in retaining the balance of production logistics by supplying the various materirals in proper quantity on due time. Therefore, it is one of the effective approach to ensure the enterprise'production logistics that the apply research against storage management and the level of materials supply can be enhanced and improved .The author carried out an analysis on the current situation of spare parts management in the middle and small scale tobacco enterprises. Considering the features of the stream-line production in the middle and small scale tobacco enterprise such as the higher level of production automatization,the higher proportion of investment on equipment, the complexity of the equipment and machines and the higher requirement for the equipement reliability,the author has been instructed by theories such as the enterprise'logistics management,storage management ,production management,information management and equipment management,and takes the apply research on spare parts management as the breach to carry out a discussion on the control and management of spare parts store house and the conbination of spare parts and equipment management . In order to control the level of spare parts storage and increase the precision of determining the demand plan, the author put forward that information technology conbining the information both form production and from equipment maintenance should be used to extend the end management of spare parts. The management style which spare parts requirement is drived by maintenance requirement can ensure the normal operation of enterpries' production logistics and reduce the funds of storing goods .The method analysing importance and probality has been introduced to elucidate the author's view in determination on the key equipment and the key spare parts.
