Sustainable Livelihoods Of Landless Peasants In The Process Of Urbanization Research

Urbanization is the necessary way of the modernization in our country. It is beneficial to our country. Recently, the wave of urbanization has been rising all over the country. The quicker the urbanization process, the more farmers lost their lands. However, in the course of the expropriation, a series of problems appeared, making all kinds of rights of expropriated peasants badly torted, which were manifested as follows: (1) the expropriating scope is too large, and abusing the right of land expropriation is universal; (2)the range of the compensation for land expropriation is incomprehensive, and the standard is low; the distribution of land increment returns is irrational, and the compensating returns obtained by peasants is lower; (3) effective institutional arrangements about the outlet of producing and living of the expropriated peasants are lacked, and the social security is more seriously on crisis.Based on scientific development theroy, living problems of farmers who lost lands were highly focused on.Using interviewing, specs analysis and pratical analysis ,this paper expatiates the evolvement of rural land system and citizenization of farmers afer summarizing the studies on the issues of sustainable living.In addition,the shortcomings has been indicated which concludes that lacking ownership of rural lands. Because of controlling ownership of land ,the country affecting the rewards who own the lands. There is somet extent of randomness on contracting right. It analyzes the reasons for the issue of farmers who losing lands in the terms of financial compensation,property rights of rural lands,employment,division of urban and rural areas and so on.The paper consider that the basic method to resolve the of sustainable living problem for farmers who lost lands is developing tertiary industry; The fundamental method to resolve the of sustainable living problem for farmers who lost lands is strengthening training.
