Entrepreneur Business Model Empirical Research

The society is stepping into an era of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship has played a more and more important role in economy output,technology innovation as well as social employment. It is reported that the index of China people's entrepreneurship activity of 2005 is 13.7%, which suggests entrepreneurship is more active in China. There arise various entrepreneurship modes in entrepreneurship activity, each entrepreneurial mode has different life circles. Accordingly, the tasks faced by those ventures in all stages of entrepreneurship are also different. Therefore, it is significant to study the forming process of entrepreneurship mode and summarize the key factors, which will be helpful to guide all levels of entrepreneurs, improve the efficiency of entrepreneurial companies and realize the goal of sustainable development of ventures.Entrepreneurship is complicated and dynamic, so is the entrepreneurial mode. This thesis aims to study entrepreneurial modes in Yangzhou city. By the analysis of the mutual reaction of founders'personality,discovery and recognition of opportunity as well as entrepreneurship team,the paper seeks to find out the actual procedure of entrepreneurship modes and conclude typical entrepreneurial modes of Yangzhou.The train of paper thought is as follows: firstly, it reviews large number of relative theories abroad and home, on the basis of which, it summarizes the valuable study accomplishments; secondly, the paper generalizes current institutional measures,whole situation of entrepreneurship activity and types of entrepreneurship of Yangzhou; thirdly, with the application of entrepreneurship life circle, the process of entrepreneurial mode is concluded from the dynamic reaction of founders,entrepreneurship opportunity and resource; fourthly, case study is applied in order to get the typical entrepreneurial modes and extract the key factors of successful entrepreneurship activity; finally, institutional arrangement is proposed for the government to popularize entrepreneurial modes and stimulate the development of local entrepreneurial activity.The innovations of this thesis lie in two points. First, it applies the life circle of entrepreneurial venture and big events occurred in each stage to study the forming process of entrepreneurial modes. Second, it makes practical analysis of entrepreneurial activity in Yangzhou city and generalizes four typical entrepreneurial modes of Yangzhou.We conclude that there are mainly opportunity-pull start-ups and necessity-push start-ups in Yangzhou, as time flies, the key factors of the two modes transit from social net to ideas and teams; the actual process of Yangzhou entrepreneurial modes is that: recognize and develop chances in entrepreneurship preparing period, reorganize the entrepreneurship resources in early stage of entrepreneurship, strive for the development and maturity of entrepreneurial company in the growth stage; Through comprehensive and deep investigation of many venture cases, the paper manages to get four typical entrepreneurship modes of Yangzhou: they are entrepreneurial reproduction mode ( ERM),entrepreneurial imitation mode (EIM),entrepreneurial stabilization mode (ESM) as well as entrepreneurship of venture (EV).
