It has a strong foundation for equipment manufacture in Liaoning, so in the process of creating Equipment Manufacturing Industry Base, Liaoning is bearing the historic mission since its competitive power not only having a vital impact on Liaoning industry system, but also on the national equipment industrial in the future. On the other hand, with the equipment industry modernization and the continuous promotion of international equipment manufacturing industry, the demand of upgrading domestic equipment manufacturing becomes increasingly urgent, high-tech modern equipment turns out to be the principal goods in the market As a result, it is particularly important to judge clearly how to upgrade the competitiveness of Liaoning new equipment manufacturing industry, meanwhile, the realization of new equipment manufacturing industry is also the prerequisite and foundation of China's "taking new road to industrialization."This paper creates the concept and scientific contents of new equipment manufacturing industry, thereby improving the theoretical analysis system of "new equipment . manufacturing industry-new manufacturing industry-new industrialization", and also specifically pointing out "new" as logical starting point to judge competitiveness of Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry; Then creating the evaluation system of new equipment manufacturing industry competitiveness, from four dimensions: the competitiveness in science and technology, industrial economic competitiveness, industrial human resources competitiveness, regional competitiveness in science and technology; Later using statistical methods to do quantitative analysis of Liaoning new equipment manufacturing industry, and taking advantage of Liaoning's quantitative results and that of Guangdong and Jiangsu, we can explore the gap and where the weak points are for Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry compared with strong provinces; In the end, illustrating the methods and security measures to enhance competitiveness, such kind of mathematical analysis paradigm for investigating the level of equipment manufacturing industry competitiveness is the first exploration in the field of equipment industry, therefore it is proved undoubtedly again the wonderful practical meaning of this paper.From 2002, equipment manufacturing industry was stepped up to be Liaoning's key industry, and new equipment manufacturing industry has experienced a process of probing, exploring and growing. The success and failures during the process are extremely valuable, especially the weakness: insufficient profitability, weak scientific and technological innovation ability, limited capability in sets of equipment, low level of industrial technology, large energy expense, lack of high-tech human resources and so on. Aiming at these problems, this paper proposed five ways to enhance competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning. Thanks to the special feature of equipment manufacturing industry, the paper also supports the needs of government departments to do security measures, including strategic restructuring, financial support and talent introduction support: therefore, the practical value of theoretical study has once again been manifested. China's "the 11th Five-year Plan" period is the golden times of the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning, and how to upgrade its competitiveness level will become the most important task for Liaoning and also the whole country; at the same time, related research and discussion from the theoretical field will certainly be more and more lively. |
