Based On Reverse Logistics, Inventory Control

As the globalization of economic development, between enterprise's competition is more and more intense.In confrontation of heating competitions and challenges, enterprises can enhance their competitiveness by implementation well develop supply chain management. However, most enterprises merely put their concentration on partial links of supply chain, specifically, forward logistics, with less or insufficient attention to reverse logistics in the early years. In recent years, with the implementing gradually thoroughly of sustainable development strategy, because of realizing the resource recycling of useless goods and controlling environmental pollution efficiently, the reverse logistics is gradually being paid attention to. Compared with foreign research results, our researches are still at the threshold of the field, and there are few articles about the reverse logistics. So there are important theory and realistic meanings in the research of the control and management of the reverse logistics.The previous inventory modules basically take no consideration of factors such as goods rejection and products backflow. Under the client-oriented trend of today, goods rejection or products backflow is more often than not universal. Large amount of backflow goods have resulted in serious inventory waste. In inventory module present in this thesis, reverse logistics is introduced and a series of innovative inventory control modules with much more feasibility have been developed and verified. Therefore, the theory of inventory control has been enriched and meanwhile, application of traditional inventory control modules has been broadened and theoretical foundation has been provided to enterprises that implement inventory control in Reverse Logistics strategy.The article divides into six chapters. Chapter one and two introduce the reversion flows the connotation, point out the research value of the reverse logistics, the development tendency, and analyze the domestic and overseas status in quo of research in store of reverse logistics. Chapter third reviews the traditional stock theory elementary knowledge, and points out the research reversion flows the stock control the significance and the plan. Chapter four introduces in the single stage stock control, after the supposition repair the product and in the new manufacture product non-quality difference situation, bases on the traditional EOQ model, in view of the demand stability condition next two different processing way, proposes the most superior production batch and the ordering cycle and carries on the case simulation, then considers under demand stochastic condition single cyclical multi-cycles stock control, proposes the most superior production batch and the ordering cycle and carries on the case simulation. Chapter five considers in the original multipolar stock control the backflow product, establishes the model, proposes the most superior production batch and the ordering cycle.Chapter six carries the summary and the forecast to the full text, proposes question which further study.
