Equipment Manufacturing Technology Innovation Motivation Mechanism

China has entered the period of industrialization, and the demand for the equipment manufacturing products increased, in particular the major technological equipment. With the technological progress and the emerging of new materials, more and more equipment manufacturing enterprises apply advanced "extreme manufacturing technology" to produce technology-intensive products, which is the trend of the equipment manufacturing industry. Against this background, the research of technological innovation dynamic mechanism for equipment manufacturing has significance for the equipment manufacturing industry. Equipment manufacturing industry in Dalian City has a strong representation, to a certain extent; the analysis is as well as learns to other regions.On the basis of objective evaluation of the domestic and international technical innovation dynamic mechanism theory, combining the industry characteristics and historical law of the equipment manufacturing industry, clearing the distinction and link of enterprise technology innovation and industrial technical innovation, this paper constructs the innovation mechanism dynamic technological of equipment manufacturing industry, and expose the mutual relations and the roles in the internal mechanism of motivating factors in more detail, determine its key driving force elements: strong market demand, the necessary scientific and technological base, the strong support of government policies and actions ,the ability in innovation and professional and technical personnel. On this basis, the equipment manufacturing industry to Dalian City as an example, this paper selects the relevant data from "Statistical Yearbook of Dalian City" of 2001 -2006.From market demand, corporate research and development institutions, R & D funding sources and expenditures, technological innovation, human resources structure and technological innovation, this paper get the conclusion the technological innovation impetus mechanism of equipment manufacturing industry in Dalian City. Because the equipment manufacturing industry in Dalian City has some representation, we propose the general suggestions for upgrading the technical innovation dynamic mechanism of equipment manufacturing industry in the final text.
