Main conclusions of the article as follows: the objective of occupational pension reflects the objective of human resource management,the design of its plan is based on compensation,and the labor-management relations also afect the occupational pension.the essential reasons affecting occupational pension are property rights and enterprise culture.And property rights affect the objective of occupational pension by means of human resource management,enterprise culture afect its idea of the design.It is developing in health and wide of occupational pension that we can perfect the insurance in different levels,We must fast establement of occupational pension,make up our insurance.
