To Further Strengthen The Cultural Construction Of The The Luzhou Northern Companies

Good cultural conditions are required for both enterprise reforming and tablishment of modern enterprise system and up-to-date administrative mechanism. Enterprise economy must develop according to the variation of social environment. Similarly, enterprise culture construction should follow the tide of era. And to cultivate enterprise spirits of characteristics of the ongoing era, we should emancipate and update our minds. Since the establishment in October 2001through re-organization of the former Luzhou Chemical Plant, Luzhou North Chemical Industries Co.(LNCC), Ltd has been maintaining an over-speed growing. Meanwhile, due to its satisfactory progress made in enterprise culture construction it has been given a title of"An Advanced Enterprise Culture Construction Unit of Sichuan Province". Because of its emphasis on and great progress in both economic and cultural construction, it has become one pioneer in its line. Having completed reform in aspect of military products the company has endured deeply change in system of property rights and has basically formed a new mother-and-daughter company mechanism. However, compared with the speedy development of the enterprise economy, a certain distance does exist between the requirement of the present era and the market economy concept acquired by the company staff and the present company cultural conditions. Therefore, further exploitation and brave practice in enterprise cultural construction are still needed so that new humanistic conditions beneficiary to the development of the company can be obtained. Accordingly China State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and China Ordnance Group Corporation promulgated a"Document about Advices on Enhancing Enterprise Cultural Construction".The company also promulgated a"Document of Executive Generals about Enhancing Central Enterprise Cultural Construction". Under this background this paper is intended to make an investigation about how to enterprise enhance corporate culture and improve the enterprise core competitiveness during the enterprise transition period.
