This text aims to research the employee training system of ANPON COMPANY. It emphasizes in the approach how the training system may increase the value of human capital and constitute the core competitive advantage of an enterprise, so as to improve the entire competition ability of an enterprise.At first, it makes a brief introduction of relative employee training theory. In this section, the author offers the theory in basic in relation to the anpon training system. Second, with the guidance of relative employee training system theory, this text analyses the problem and insufficiency in the employee training of anpon with reference to the new trend of modern company and general situation such as human resource and training status. The insufficiency including the following: 1. The loose combination between training and company strategy. 2. The training is not base on the scientific demand analysis. 3. It lacks the environment to turn the training result into use, etc. The content in this section constitute a foundation in reality for the research of anpon training system. At last, the text make a tentative plan to improve the anpon training system based on the employee training system and the real situation in the company.
