Zhuzhou Gear Co., Ltd Design And Application Of Lean Production Programs

By the application of the theory of lean production system to analyzing the production operation status in Zhuzhou Gear Co., Ltd., this article points out some major problems occurring in production management and sets up some improvement goals and implementation projects aiming at maximum elimination of waste and optimization of production flexibility.The article states some management tools, such as organization reconstruction, optimization of planning process, workshop layout, 5S management, TPM, TQC, Canban, Team Work, Cost Based Activity etc. are applied to eliminate waste, improve production flexibility and responsibility and moreover to increase productivity. Through discussing the expected effects, the article also points out the further step of implementation of lean production system in Zhuzhou Gear Co.,Ltd. and the possibility to spread the system to other companies.Since there is little research on lean production system in auto gear industry especially in auto Axle industry in China, this article will bring much theoretical and practical value to all friends and researchers.
