Multi-assortment, small quantity, speedy delivery, high quality, low price are typical features of current auto parts industry. Due to the changes in the external circumstance, the advantages of technology and quality in ZhuZhou gear company accumulated in past decades are restrained by inner operation system, which make it less competitive. Realizing the disadvantage, in order to improve its competitive position, ZhuZhou gear company chooses to enhance management of car axle gear business, that takes60%of the total sales, one of the biggest3platforms for development strategy business. As one of the key parts of automotive chassis, car axle gear’s function in driveline are steering control and drive. It requires a strict quality control. The quality of axle gear plays a very important role in vehicles’reliability and safety. The feature of axle gear and market decide high standard of production process. So, research and improvement of process of production management are of great strategic significance for improving quality, reducing cost, promote efficiency, meeting the delivery.This thesis deeply analyses ZhuZhou gear company’s current status of production management, and points out outstanding problems with production planning, production allocation, logistics operation, quality control, cost control and etc. Moreover, according to lean manufacturing theory and analysis of car axle gear’s business-value process, maximum waste avoiding, FMS’s ability improving, this thesis sets ZhuZhou gear company’s target of optimization of production management, works out an optimal plan to this target, including:Reestablish construction structure of workshop of car axle gear, constitute production flow adapted to lean production, reset U Type production line for product, import6S field management system, TPM, quality assurance, standard operation, billboard management, group working method and target cost management etc. Definite implementation plan and control solution was set up in order to ensure objective realization. In the end, the thesis discussed the anticipated effect of local application of lean production mode in production management of axle gear in ZhuZhou gear company, refered to the possibility of further improving direction and transverse promotion.This thesis has a research on the lean management improvement of axle gear of ZhuZhou gear company. Based on design of lean management optimization which is used for production system of axle gear, project management was adopted to implement and control the lean pattern of car axle gear. The objective design, organization construction, resource allocation and progress management of lean production project was operated according to the project management requirements. The implementation and control solution ensured the establishment of lean production mode for axle gear of ZhuZhou gear company, and achieved the anticipated effect.Meanwhile, the thesis analyst and concluded the objective deviation of lean optimization caused by the existing problem in the process of project operating.In the end, considering there are very few research about the application of lean production mode special for car bridge and gear, and above all, lean production implementation of rear axle gear of car is originated. Therefore, the thesis is of certain theoretical and practical significance. |
