Sme Clusters In Knowledge-sharing Performance Evaluation Study

Industrial clusters in china have grown thriving those years. We couldn't neglect the problem in Chinese industrial clusters even though the tendency is delightful. It is proved that knowledge sharing is benefit to competition position of the industrial clusters. The value of knowledge sharing is to make the valuable knowledge known by all the clusters members. A scientific and reasonable evaluation criterion is the basement of knowledge sharing. The aim of this research is to establish a set of assessment criteria for knowledge sharing in Chinese industrial clusters. The process of knowledge sharing in mid-small enterprises clusters is divided into three stages. And then a primary evaluation criterion is established based on the influence factors which are analyzed in those three stages. Principal component analysis is applied in selecting the primary evaluation criterion. The date which is collected by the questionnaire survey in shenzhen, Hunan, Jiangxi and Guangxi provinces is analysis by the SPSS. The weight values of main factors are determinant by PCA. The result of the research is a model of performance evaluation of knowledge sharing in mid-small enterprises clusters. The evaluation criterion of knowledge sharing is consisted of five main factors. They are the scene of knowledge sharing, the characteristic of the sharing knowledge, the difference between knowledge sharer and receiver, the difficult of knowledge obtaining and the knowledge-sharing willingness of knowledge sharer and receiver. At the end of this paper is the actual application of the evaluation criterion which is established in this paper. The china industrial cluster of Jingdezhen is chosen as the example. The conclusion is that the model of performance evaluation of knowledge sharing in mid-small enterprises clusters is practical.
