State-owned Enterprises Land Asset Management

State-owned enterprises are the pillar of China's national economy, their possession and use of a lot of land assets. However, the land market in China in the development of the land market as an indispensable main - state-owned enterprises, are long-term issues of land asset management concern obviously not enough. This not only affects the normal function of land assets to play, but also affected the state-owned enterprises operating efficiency and market value, is not conducive to modern market system in China to improve and perfect.Therefore, the importance of land assets of state-owned enterprises operating problems, and actively explore the land assets of state-owned enterprises operating in an effective way,in the present it is necessary.The intention of writing this article is to be effective for the state-owned enterprise land asset management activities of the thinking and methods of enlightenment. First papers on China's land market system and land asset management policy basis for a briefing, then on the land assets of state-owned enterprises and business activities conducted the analysis, and proposed a number of state-owned enterprises has practical value of land assets management ideas and methods, the final select Machine Tool Group Co. Ltd. in Wuhan heavy land asset management case empirical analysis to support demonstrated by the views put forward in this paper.
