The modern enterprises have come into a new-economic era when the competition is unprecedentedly furious. So the average lifetime of enterprises is just about 40 years, according to the research of Boston Consultant Company. Facing the fierce competition, especially the globalization of making the competition between enterprises more and more crucial, to ensure the lasting popularity of their products and service in the market with technological and cost advantage, enterprises must make sustainable technological innovation. Only in this way, can the enterprises keep steady and fast development. Many world well-known enterprises usher in a successful way relying on their sustainable technological innovation, thus proving that sustainable innovation is the key factor in accelerating the development of enterprises as well. However, from general point of view, the present state of enterprise sustainable innovation is far from being optimism. The surface issue is the low efficiency of sustainable technological innovation, the deep one is the deficiency of sustainable technological innovation impetus. Therefore, in severe international competition, the research into impetus of persistent technological innovation and exploration of how to intensify persistent innovation impetus can be not only of theoretical value, but also of realistic significance.The thesis constructs dynamic mechanism of the enterprise sustainable technological innovation from the systematic aspect, according to summarizing the technological innovation theory and the sustainable innovation theory in real earnest and evaluating the technological innovation dynamic research from home and abroad objectively. In order to make clear diversified dynamic factors' mechanism of action in the process of accelerating the enterprise sustainable innovation, this paper has studied intensively the dynamic mechanism of the enterprise sustainable innovation. After giving a clear defining of definitions and function modes of the dynamic mechanism of enterprise sustainable innovation, it makes a further exploration of operation type for the mechanism of enterprise innovation, starting from the analysis of the external innovative dynamic factors of enterprises and the internal innovative dynamic factors of enterprises. Among them, the external innovative dynamic factors of enterprises entails many dynamic elements, such as market-demanding force, technological impetus, market-competing stress and supporting force exerted by government policies and strategies. The internal innovative dynamic factors of enterprises is composed of several dynamic forces including the force driven by enterprise interest, influencing force made by the spirit of entrepreneur, affecting force given by enterprise culture, catalyzing force inspired by enterprise promoting mechanism and guarantee force provided by enterprise innovation. Thus all the enterprise sustainable innovative impetus can be integrated into an organic unity. On the basis of elaborating the relative relations for dynamic elements of technological innovation, the paper makes a further exploration of operation type for the mechanism of enterprise sustainable innovation, thus making it clear that all kinds of process of the dynamic elements play an important role in running mechanism of enterprise technological innovation, effect between them, and conversion mechanism as well.It is a key role in realizing the quantitative research that we make a scientific proper evaluation of the current state of enterprise sustainable innovation impetus. On the premises of the given principles to be followed, the thesis constructs a general evaluative index system of enterprise sustainable innovative impetus composing two levels, 17 bottom indexes, on the basis of dynamic mechanism composition of enterprise sustainable innovation, through further analysis and differentiation of the relative affecting factors. At the same time, the weight of every factor in determining index system was obtained in the application of Delphi Advice Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process. The thesis determines the comprehensive evaluative results for enterprise sustainable innovative impetus by adopting Fuzzy Evaluation Method. Hence the comprehensive evaluative model of enterprise sustainable innovation impetus can be established so as to make a full preparation for the following research in demonstration.In the end, the thesis makes a comprehensive evaluation of sustainable innovation impetus for Yunnan Copper Corporation. And it finds out the existing problems and deficiency in the sustainable innovative impetus for our domestic enterprises, making a detailed analysis of the accumulated cause, putting forward strategies and suggestions of intensifying enterprise sustainable innovative impetus from both the government and enterprise aspects, such as creating fair and effective market environment, perfecting market system, increasing the information service function for the government, improving the educational system and cultural environment; actively fostering enterprise culture favorable to innovation, praising the spirit of entrepreneur, adopting different kinds of incentive forms to perfect enterprise internal incentive mechanism. All these presented strategies and policies provide scientific evidence for governmental establishing development strategies for science and technology and for the provision of effective decision-making reference for the actively developing sustainable innovation activities.
