As is well known, China is experiencing a rapid conversion from sightseeing tourism to vocation tourism in recent years, Recreational Belt around Metropolis(ReBAM) which has special regional characteristics and well environment has become the preferred destination choosed by citizens. The situation becomes the major trend in tourism development around the cities. Citizens of Beijing go to suburb for tourism more frequently and the trend has become the dominated way for recreation on weekend or holiday. Tourism is becoming the supporting industry in suburb economy.In the first chapter: Firstly,this part explains the background and significance of this research on ReBAM, introducing the new progress of ReBAM both at home and abroad, Secondly, the part expatiates the difficulty in our research nowadays. Lastly, the part shows the contentes, innovative points and methods of the research.In the second chapter: Firstly, the part discusses the basic concept of the ReBAM. Secondly, the part explains the basic characteres and dynamic mechanisms as well as interborough differentiation of the ReBAM. Lastly, the part introduces the basic theory in relate to ReBAM.In the third chapter: Firstly, this part confirms the range of ReBAM in trochometer theory. Secondly, the part classifies and estimates the swatch of sight spot in the way of quantitative analysis for sight resources. Lastly, the part calculate the total value and average value of all kinds of sight resources.In the fourth chapter: The part computes the spatial distance and analyses the date of swatch of sight spot, summarizing the spatial distributing law of sight resource in Beijing ReBAM. Lastly, the part analyses the reason of the law.In the fifth chapter:The part analyses the spatial mode of development and marks off three circle from inside to outside. Functional orientation is also be made.Secondly, the part makes off ReBAM to eight sectors in sight-ecology theory. On basic of that the article choose twenty-two scenes for stress building witch has abundance resources and market.In the sixth chapter, the conclusions and prospects of this thesis are given.
