The Nanjing Rebam Space Structure

With the booming of leisure tourism market,Nanjing ReBAM(Recreational belt around metropolis)is gradually becoming the hot scenic spot in the holiday,which is on condition that the ability of most citizens to go out is quite limited.However,Nanjing ReBAM is now at its primitive stage and disorganized,which results in the unformed economic effect.With the method of building the permutation and combination of the regional tourism industry, this paper tries to construct a tourist spatial structure,based on which we can turn the resources superiority into the economic advantages,then to improve the whole strength of ReBAM.In the end it is supposed to give some guiding suggestions to Nanjing ReBAM.Based on the theories of ReBAM,growth—pole order,core—periphery,pole-axis and circle structure,the thesis try to measure off the range of Nanjing ReBAM by considering the distances from the tourism attractions to the center of the city and the features of suburban tourist behavior of the citizens.Further more,it analyzes the developmental conditions of the regional tourism and the existing problems,based on which it draws the conclusion that it is quite necessary to build the tourist spatial structure of ReBAM.Next, With the mathematical methods of average distance of cities,nearest neighbor,topological index,the thesis gives a full analysis of the elements of tourism resources of tourist spatial structure of ReBAM and transport line qualitatively and quantitatively, according to which it forms the guiding ideas of the constructing tourist spatial structure of Nanjing ReBAM which has the content of the combination of pole-axis development and growth order development based on cultivating tourism attractions with high qualities.In addition,it put forward the spatial structure of "1-2-5-19" and the pattern of "circles in the environs,laying points on the axes,developing in lines"."1 "means the suburban tourism circle;"2" refers to the two wings,"5" indicates five tourism belts,,including "hill-lake ecology belt"," mountain forest-historic site sightseeing belt","the leisure belt on the north side of Yangze river","the agriculture tourism belt along the Yangze river" and "the belt in the outer suburbs for vacations";"19" refers to the nineteen key areas involved in the 5 tourism belts.At last,the author raises some related suggestions to Nanjing ReBAM,including to establish the tourism conception of the overall situation and develop the thought of joint success;To reinforce the entirely planning and exploitation of the resources in guidance of the government;To creature the unified image of the tourism by strengthening the integrated marketing;To achieve the goal of "great opening,great tourism" by inter town and inter provincial exploitation.
