Nowadays, firms are in the face of the pressure on structural reconstruction because of rapid change of the environment. During this procession, the key point is to realize psychological situation and the influence on staff. The existing researches pointed out that the mentality of staff in reconstruction would make some change, and could influence the effect of reform. But these researches didn't point out how much the mentality of staff changed or how much the effect of reconstruction influenced. In addition, the mentality of staff would be diverse when the reconstruction of company was different, so did the response.Organizational commitment is the theory which has been researched abroad. It can reflect the attitude of the staff during the work and how much they recognize the film. This paper classified the reconstruction of company and did special research on structural reconstruction. Through individual variables, recognition of reconstruction, organizational commitment, we know the change of mentality; and measure the influence on company by organizational commitment which is a final and quantitative outcome. After empirical analyses, major results can be concluded as follows:1. Individual variables of staff have some differents in the recognition of reconstruction; especially have apparent differences by age, service time, and work department.2. Individual variables of staff have some differents in organizational commitment; specially have apparent differences by work department.3.
