High-tech Products Export Trade Structure Optimization Study

Since the 1990s, as the construction of the country's high-tech industry development zones and "science and technology trade" in promoting the implementation of the strategy, China's foreign trade of hi-tech products have been strong, it will become not only the main force of the country's merchandise trade growth , but also China's export structure has been improved. Practice shows that the foreign trade of hi-tech products of rapid growth has played an important role in the promotion of China's foreign trade growth, optimize the import and export commodity structure.The export volume of hi-tech products and changes in the structure of growth has been concentrated on embodiment of the international competitiveness of China's industrial upgrading, high-tech products exports to the impact of China's economic growth is becoming increasingly obvious. But, at the same time, there are still some problems, especially in the structure of foreign trade of hi-tech products, such as: too much focus on export commodities, trade market concentration, the high proportion of processing trade, participation in the international division of labor lowly, which have never fundamentally changed, and relates to China's economic, social, security in all its aspects, to support its rapid growth is still quantitative expansion, so it is urgent to optimize the structure of the trade.In the first 20 years of the 21th, China adhere to the new road of industrialization, building a well-off society and speed up the modernization drive of the strategic opportunity period is the implementation of China's strategy of promoting trade with science and technology to achieve the history of foreign trade growth across the third period of strategic opportunities. In the international and domestic economic situation emerging new changes, high-tech products to further enhance the quality and efficiency of growth is the realization of the gross national product and foreign trade import and export volume target of quadrupling the inevitable demand, but also the only way to achieve a more powerful trading nations.In this context, the import and export of high-tech products has been significantly related research is quite urgent. So we need to understand the structure of foreign trade of hi-tech products not balanced development of the status quo, which explore the nature of the problem, the reason, and take corresponding strategies in order to make China's largest trading truly becoming a world trade power. In this paper, the existing research results on the basis of foreign trade of high-tech products through the structure of quantitative and qualitative research, to the further development of China's trade policies to provide operational basis, its practical significance is quite obvious.
