Decent work has been discussed and studied widely since the conception of decent work was put forward by Internation Labour organization (ILO) in 1999. However, we do little investigation and practice on decent work in china. Many people don't know "what is decent work" and have little cognition of the conception and content. Because our investigation and propagandizing are weak, penman thought selecting decent work as the theme of this research paper is significant to the spreading and practice of it.Corporations, supplement of jobs, are selected as the investigative object in this paper. Investigate the condition of employee from different scales and kinds of corporations in order to study employee's labor condition and compare their expected decent work with their real conditions, then, find the disparity between them. After analyze the government, corporations and employees, narrow the disparity of them.Owing to the large scale of decent work, penman divided the content of decent work into five arrangements based on Maslow's needs administrative levels theory in order to make the explanation understood, then have a concrete investigation of these five corporations on basis of the classification.The whole text consists of seven chapters. The first chapter, introduction: introduce the background of this thesis and then evaluate the relative researches between decent work and work, and introduce the method of investigation, significance of investigation and significance of practice. Otherwise define the conception of investigative object and have a brief introduction to the selecting of investigative object. Investigate respectively the employees' needs and their recent conditions based on Maslow's five need levels theory. Find the reason why it is indecent by comparing the disparity between the reality and expectation. In chapter seven, discuss the duty of government, labor union, corporation and employee aiming at the disparity between reality and expectation. Give a definite function of duty in carrying out decent work. |
