| Since "Decent work" presented at the 87 th session of the International Labour Conference in 1999,the academic attention both at home and abroad become the "international labor standards" on the status of employees after yet another standard,advocated to fully realize decent work around the world.two terms leaders of our country both emphasize the importance to achieve the strategic objectives of decent work.Shanxi province is currently in the stage of economic transition,and Non-public economic enterprises are an important force in economic restructuring,Research staff to achieve decent work in non-public economic enterprises in Shanxi province and its influencing factors,on one hand,it helps advocate the realization of decent work for staff of non-public economic enterprises in Shanxi province,on the other hand,employee promotion of decent work conditions also helped to promote the healthy and long-term development of enterprises,so as to contribute to the transformation of the economic structure in Shanxi province.Based on the analysis on the basis of the study,the theoretical basis of the problem and determine the research,research methodology and research objectives were found out.Based on the labor theory of value,labor relations theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and the non-classical assumption that completely transform of dual economic structure theory under the theories,provides a theoretical basis for suggestions;To measure employee objective rather than subjective conditions for decent work research in the research process in strict accordance is the design of objective measure direction;Research methods combines qualitative and quantitative,qualitative research methods means literature and theory research,quantitative survey methods means analysis of variance,factor analysis and variance analysis;To find the staff of non-public economy in Shanxi province short of decent working conditions,analysis of the influencing factors,a comprehensive method to achieve decent work as research target.According to the analysis,that non-public enterprises in Shanxi province staff short of decent working conditions for health and safety,labor contracts and social dialogue.In individual level factors,age,work experience,education,representation and monthly income had significant effects on employees decent working conditions;Enterprise level enterprise duration,work,enterprise-scale employees decent working conditions has significant effect.Combined with non-public economic enterprises in Shanxi province workers short of decent working conditions and influencing factors at various levels,from the individual level,corporate level and presented on a government level,the full realization of non public economy employee suggestions to decent work.From a personal perspective,to improve their knowledge,skills and abilities,strengthen the law consciousness,rights and empowerment.From the perspective of enterprises should change their traditional concept,protect staff interests,enhance management democracy,employees say,increase the intensity of employee training,improve human capital,attention to employee relations and building harmonious labor relations.From a government perspective,we must strengthen the community of "decent work" awareness,promote the realization of decent work,strengthening labour inspection department responsible,to promote labor regulations fall,increased support for non-public economic enterprises,help enterprises upgrade.The study is just one small step in realizing decent work,and hope that in the future there will be more people can know and understand decent work,social workers realize decent work and realize personal value in the labour,access to value identity. |
