The Plight Of The Farmers New Cooperative Economic Organizations In China And Countermeasures

The status of the rural areas in China is very important,which related to the stability of the country,the development of the national economy,solving the problem of the gap between urban and rural areas and social security.Since the establishment of new China,especially since 30 years of the reform and opening up,rural areas has undergone enormous changes.The implementation of the household contract responsibility system,the rapid development of township enterprises, the development of rural labor economy are all displaying to the world the rise of rural areas of China.Chinese farmers have changed from natural man to rational economic man gradually in the tide of the market economy,which is no longer "bolar man" in the traditional sense.Productivity decides relations of production,relations of production plays active role on the productivity.When the positive role that the household contract responsibility system plays on the productivity is facing the limitations of reality,when the development of township enterprises is exhausting, when the rural migrant workers in the city are dampened enthusiasm because of serious injustice, "Agriculture,Countryside and Farmer" issues also highlight in front of us,where will rural development go?The article bases on the farmers themselves,and finds the key from establishing the organization of farmers own.We unify the concept of farmer organizations into new farmer's cooperative organizations,and mainly introduce farmer's cooperative economic organizations which is studied more by academe now and play a direct role on the improvement of farmers' economic situation.The article is divided into five parts.Preface introduces the origins and significance of research projects,the current situation and trends,the studying methods and innovation research of paper.Chapterâ… defines the basic concept of the new farmer's cooperative organizations and the basic theory and significance of studying the cooperative organizations.Chapterâ…¡illustrates the history and the present situation of the development of new farmer cooperative organizations of China,and focus on analyzing the plight of cooperative organizations of China.Chapterâ…¢aims at current situation and the obstruction of farmer's cooperative organizations,and learns experience from other countries,we bring forward measures and proposals of developing new farmer's cooperative organizations of China. Developing the new farmer's cooperative economic organizations and raising the farmer's organizational process are necessary whether on economic or political significance.By contrast, the voice of cooperative economic organizations is higher,thus we also discuss more on cooperative economic organizations.But this paper will demonstrate the political significance of new farmer's cooperative economic organizations legitimately and logically from an objective perspective as far as possible,hoping to be useful to solving the problem that when farmers exercise their political rights,they are still on disadvantageous status currently.
