An enterprise who owns high level of adaption, cohesion and reputation, is certainly equiped with strong corporate culture.Since the beginning of the reform era, the rapid development of China's resource-based enterprises, has significantly promotes the development of the national economy. However, at the moment, the construction of corporate culture in these enterprises is still in a relatively low level, which restricts the growth of enterprises to large extent. This thesis, targeted the resource-based enterprise, firstly built up a primary organizational culture evaluation model for the resource-based enterprises on the basis of theoretical study. Then, we held a series of empirical research to modify the model for improving its reliability and validity. Finally, we find nine dimensions contained in the formal model including Teamwork Style, Staff Development, Strategic Cohesion, Harmony Cultural Atmosphere, Learning and innovation, and Awareness of Social Services. Thereinto, Strategic Cohesion and Awareness of Social Service are unique factors in our research. Moreover, we suggested some tactics for the application of our model.
