As the development of China's socialistic market economy, the establishment Of China's modern enterprises systems and foreign companies enter our country because of WTO, strategic management is becoming an outstanding problem of modern enterprises operation management. And it is also a weak link in the practice. According to the practical situation the AC Plastic Mold company's development strategies were analyzed and researched systematically. Firstly, by using strategic management theories, the inside and outside environment of AC Plastic Mold Company were analyzed detailedly , developing oppourtnities and threats were found, as well as superiority and inferior position, so as to establish development strategies. Secondly, through Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) , quantitative analysis of the company's oppourtnities and threats as well as superiority and inferior were prosecuted by using matrix models of Exterior Factors Estimate(EFE) and Interior Factors Estimate(IFE). Nine preparing development strategies of AC Plastic Mold were also established by SWOT Matrix. Finality, the nine proposed development strategies were evaluated by making use of Quantitative Strategies Planning Matrix(QSPM). EnterPrises are wished to realize the importance of development strategies and to choose rational ones suitbale for themselves.
