This paper studies the bank in the system of E-HR management and its basic theory, on the basis of study of the existing E-HR management exist. To the banks to consider the requirements of human resources management, the authors focus on how to resolve E-HR management of human resources management in the bank on the application, how to improve the bank's management of human resources management and staff of the concept of E-HR management recognized, realization of the human resources management using advanced technology to enhance management efficiency.This paper introduces the ADBCGZ existing human resources management features, the authors put forward the use of modern information network technology to change the mode of human resources management perspective, focusing on the establishment of strategic human resource management model, updating the concept of human resources management, E-HR service and serve the needs of HR, performance evaluation model, the implementation of human resources management system and the characteristics of Notes, E-HR mainframe data network security risk analysis and prevention programmes to protect and enhance the management level of negative 6, to propose solutions to the ADBCGZ E-HR management Problems in the idea.
