In this environment,Gartner as the authority of the relevant areas of the "big data" made a specific definition,that is to think about the future of the information technology and network data,the rapid development of information technology and network data,network data is showing a rapid growth trend With more robust process optimization capabilities,more accurate insight into the ability to find and decision-making,companies must adopt a new information processing model.In September 1995,the State Council issued relevant documents to make strategic guidance on the development of large data from the macro point of view in the Platform for the Promotion of Big Data Development.It can be seen that large data has become an important contemporary era of social and economic development characteristics,in this era,for the data to master,understand and use has become the core of the enterprise to continue to develop forward,at the same time,the guidance The document also put forward new requirements to the senior management within the relevant enterprise.However,the current market demand for professional financial professionals point of view,although the vast majority of enterprises have begun to realize its importance in the operation and management of enterprises,but there are still some companies did not give it due attention.In this way,how to effectively improve the efficiency of their own personnel management,the existing professional talents of the potential value of the excavation and training,has been transformed into the current commercial banks in the process of transformation of the important issues can not be avoided.And A Bank as a typical state-owned commercial banks in China,with a small glimpse of its current management system corresponding mapping out the same type of enterprise development status and trends.In this paper,the author of the relevant theoretical research and social practice combined with the use of relevant literature,the relevant research results of China and foreign countries to make a comparative summary of the results.Taking the bank as the starting point of data research,this paper explores the information and status of the human resource management information of the bank from four aspects:the talent structure,the training structure,the management system and the recruitment system.Based on the research results of the author,the management system of A bank has matured,but there are still some problems that need to be further improved.The management system needs to be further improved and developed,especially in the information management method,System training mode and other five aspects of potential loopholes.In order to improve the efficiency of human resource management,the author gives some improvement strategies in this article by using large data technology,hoping to promote the popularization and development of large data technology in the current era background.
