Research On Development Potentiality Evaluation Of Circular Economy At Coal Mine Enterprise

Circular economy is the necessary choice to realize sustainable development and a well-off society. The development of enterprise circular economy is the base and prerequisite of the development of national circular economy. So it is very necessary and important to study the circular economy develpement of the enterprise. Belonging to underpinning industry, coal enterprises have great superiority and potentiality in development of circular economy. So evaluating and digging the potentiality has its theoretic meaning and practical meaning. The article analyzed the macro-environment, the mid-environment and the micro-environment of the coal enterprise, extracted important factors which influencing the development potentiality of the coal enterprise circular economy, and constructed the evaluation system of the development potentiality of circular economy at coal enterprise. Through evaluating the development potentiality of the enterprise with scientific methods, this article aims to find the limited factors of the enterprise development, take corresponding measures and promote the enterprise sustainable development.On the basis of research on potentiality, the article consider the development potentiality of circular economy depends not only on the gap between the current development level and the ideal development level, but also on the practical and fluctuant situations of the factors inside and outsile which influencing the development of circular economy, i.e. the capacity of the system which supporting the development of the circular economy. The evaluative indexes on circular economy's potentiality of coal mine enterprise are just extracted from the supporting system, including the market environment, resource endowment, economic infrastructure, technological innovation and management capacity. It proved that the evaluative index system is scientific and reasonanble via item analysis, reliability analysis and validity analysis. Given the ambiguity and complexity of the evaluation object, the article used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the comprehensive evaluation method. The article calculated the weight of the evaluative indexes with the method of analytical hierarchy process and factor analysis and enduced the attachment degree with the fuzzy statistics. In the end, take xuchang mine as an example, the article made a case study by dint of the evaluative index system and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Through the outcome of the evaluation, the article put forward some suggestions and countermeasures combining the practice of xuchang mine. The fact testified that the evaluative index system and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model designed by the article are effective, and could help the coal enterprise transform the development potentiality of circular economy into pratical competence.
