Shaanxi Province, Technological Innovation And Coordinated Economic Development

Regionalization of the world's economic development has become an important trend. With the growing regional competition, science and technology plays a more important role in economic development. Science and technology innovation has become a leading force in economic development. At the same time, economic development provides necessary material basis for scientific and technological innovation. Regional science and technology innovation should be coordinated with economic development. It has a certain value in the theroy to do the research of science and technology innovation and the development of regional economic development coordination, which can rich the regional innovation and new growth theory.The widening gap between the regional countries obviously exists in China. How to achieve coordinated regional development is a major problems for the national economy's sustained, healthy and rapid development. Through the scientific and technological innovation, to speed up the underdeveloped region's economic development and enhance the competitiveness of the region is the effective way to solve the problem. Shaanxi Province is located in China's northwest region. It is the strongest province referring to the regional innovation capacity and strength in the western provinces. As a Innovation center of the western provinces, whether its regional science and technology innovation coordinates with economic development is not only related to the Shaanxi Provincial its own sustainable development, but also to the other regional development of the western..On the basis of the results of previous studies, this paper researches the coordinating mechanism of regional scientific and technological innovation and economic development, which paves the way for the empirical analysis of coordination of scientific and technological innovation and economic development in Shaanxi Province. According to the analysis, the paper try to find out the cause of the phenomenon. Then, referring to the specific problems, the paper actively explores some effective ways to promote the coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation and economic development in Shaanxi Province. This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction. It mainly introducts the background and significance of the paper research, and overview of relevant research both at home and abroad. Then it presents this study ideas and methods.On the second part, the paper presents the regional scientific and technological innovation and economic development concepts and theories related to the study as the theoretical foundation for the following research. On the third part, on the basis of previous studies, the paper describes the concepts of coordination and coordination mechanism, then discusses in detail the regional scientific and technological innovation and economic development coordination mechanisms. Coordination mechanisms includes the coordination of the main coordinated body, the interaction process between the main body and coordinaton basic characteristics.Part IV, firstly the paper intoducts the situation in the province of Shaanxi and regional characteristics. Secondly, on the basis of collection of a lot of information and data, the paper presents regional economic and technological innovation conditions that describes the coexistence of technological power province and the economy weak province of Shaanxi. Thirdly, through the calculation of scientific and technological innovation and economic coordinated development process in Shaanxi Province, the paper quantitatively describes uncoordinated development between Shannxi province's scienctif and technogical innovaton and economic. Finally, according to the coordination mechanism theory and the specific condition of Shaanxi province, the paper discusses the reasons for the uncoordinated situation.Part V, in view of the reasons for the lack of coordination, the paper gives some suggestions to promote the coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation and economic. In this part, the paper defines the concept of innovative consumer, and demonstrates the existence of innovative consumer groups is very important to the success of scientific and technological innovation and its commercialization. Then suggest that Shaanxi Province should create an enabling environment to encourage the formation of innovative consumer groups, in order to promote its scientific and technological innovation and economic's coordinated development.
