Analysis for the competition resources of real estate enterprises, and then study the competitive power of real estate enterprises, which go far towards realize the sustainable development of real estate enterprises, effectively respond to the unceasingly sharp market competition at home and abroad and provide reference suggestions for government setting up the sustainable development policy of real estate enterprises.The paper firstly review the basic theory of studying real estate enterprise's competitive power, and then take study on real practices as major. Through analyze the values chain of real estate enterprise's operation process and core competitive resources of real estate enterprises, the paper summer up that the core competitive power of real estate enterprises mainly consists of resources integration capability and enterprises innovation capability, and finally establish evaluation index system for real estate enterprises competitive power, study and analyze the competitive power of four real estate listed companies in our country by using AHP evaluation method. On the basis of it, put forward relevant countermeasures for promoting core competitive power of real estate enterprises in terms of cultivate tangible resources integration capability and intangible resource integration capability of real estate.
