Active current talent market, the employing units highly competitive and this can be "easy to get gold, one will be hard to find." How to recruit the talent suited to the business, while reducing as much as possible the costs of hiring has been a corporate human resources departments to consider the recruitment of the core problem. In fact, many companies put in a lot of manpower and resources in the enterprise personnel urgently needed time, but often suffer from strokes less than talent, strokes no suitable talent. How to solve this problem, we have to talk about how to set up an enterprise effective recruitment channels.Through access to domestic and international research on the recruitment channels related expositions identify research ideas. China will be the main existing channels of recruitment into the study of the extract from a variety of literature about the reference to the various channels of recruitment and classification, after analysis summarized in the full meaning of its properties based on the principle of its practicality the re-definition and classification, to help enterprise recruitment practice management.
