With the progressive development of knowledge-based economy, knowledge management has had a great impact on all respects of enterprises, and knowledge management with high level can have a high degree of improvement on business income. Investigation results of international renowned consulting firm show that there are about 80 percent of the enterprise staff think knowledge management has become the focus of enterprise development, but there are just little study about impact on change of corporate performance after the implementation of knowledge management. Based on the context of this study, this paper analyzes and organizes the related content and study the impact on enterprise performance produced by knowledge management. The results can explain how the corporate performance is after knowledge management and put forward to views of rectification at evaluation results.The article count the original data obtained through the reasonable questionnaire, and evaluate the statistical results about enterprise knowledge management performance using multi-level Fuzzy Evaluation Methods. These methods which can combie complex factors use fuzzy set theory to general evaluate a assessment system and have evaluation results. It is an objective method and fit for corporate to evaluate enterprise knowledge management performance. This paper expounds relational knowledge management and put forward significance of doing evaluation of enterprise knowledge management performance. In the evaluation process, this paper designs the evaluation targets guided by the principles which request these targets to consistent with the corporate strategy, have reliable data, have a high degree of correlation with the aim of the evaluation and have a strong balance and so on firstly. Then the paper selects these targets in according to the selected principles, constructs the target system, determines the weight of targets and does treatment of non-dimensional of quantitative targets. Secondly the paper designs questionnaire used to investigate 60 managers of a company in Shanghai and has 50 effective questionnaires finally. This article determines the single-factor evaluation matrix firstly, and does level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation II and obtains evaluation results. Finally we can receive some inadequacies on corporate knowledge management and believe that the corporate needs to improve at five aspects which are reinforcement construction of specialized knowledge management agencies, reinforcement knowledge-sharing incentive mechanism, improvement the coverage of computer inside increasing the input on staff training and education, reinforcement communication with the customers, listening to the views of customers and to improve according to the actual situation as well as evaluating results.
