In these years, the theory of Business Process Reengineering(BPR) is being expanded and optimized.Especially the IT-based BPR practice is getting more and more widespread in China. However, the implementation of BPR is always companied with high failure rate.May organization declaim that they implemente BPR project, while the process return to as before after a period of new process implementation.Researches found that the success of BPR is significantly related to how the organization implemente and enforce its new process to become a part of routing. So doing the research to understand that what factors influence BPR value realization after organization implemente its BPR project is of significant theorical and practical value. The goal of the dissertation is to discuss how BPR project realize its target value and what factors influence the value realization. The dissertation first reviews the related theories, including the theory of BPR,Diffusion of Innovation Theory and Fit Theory.Basing on these theories the dissertation introduces the research concept model of BPR project value realization and the related research hypethesises. Then by collecting the data from the survey, the dissertation verifies and amends the hypethesises by using regression analysis and gives explanation to the hypethesises and amendments. The research is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The research is still at the start stage domestically, and there are seldom theorical researches on BPR values realization after its implementation. This research explores on this topic, and is of noteworthy value on both theoretical and practical aspects.
