Heilongjiang Province, Urban And Rural Economic And Social Co-ordinate The Development Of Research

In recent years, with the level of urban-rural gap continues to widen , the need for realizing to overall plan and develop urban and rural areas is growing. Heilongjiang Province is an important part of the revitalization of northeast old industrial base. It wants to promote sustainable economic growth by overall planning economic and social development in urban and rural areas. Therefore, this paper studies the overall planning development of economic and social in the urban and rural areas of Heilongjiang Province. First, the concept of urban and rural area overall planning the development from the theory has been defined. At the same time, it absorbs the Research results on the overall planning of urban and rural development of the Marxist classical writers, Western economic writers and Domestic scholars. Second, This paper analyzes the status quo of economic and social development in urban and rural areas of Heilongjiang Province. What's more, on the one hand, from the inside and outside view, this paper analyses the existence favorable conditions and strategic opportunities of overall planning urban and rural areas economic and social development in Heilongjiang Province. On the other hand, from a comparative point of view, by analyzing the status quo of economic and social development in urban and rural areas of Chongqing and Jiangsu, this paper tries to develop the experiences of others to find the methods suitable for the development of our province, and provides the basic innovation for the proposed new policy. Finally, this paper has established the principles of Heilongjiang province overall planning the urban and rural development in economy and society. This paper also actively explores the effective ways to achieve this goal, tries to provide a strong economic prosperity and security support for Heilongjiang Province.
