As telecom industry restructuring in 2008, China Unicom and China Netcom merged. However,the enterprise culture, organization structure and management processes of the subject differ with each other greatly. During the process of organizational change, many contradictions in employee relationship management appear ceaselessly. Employees lack of power and enthusiasm of independent innovation, which make the new Unicom situated in obvious unfavorable position in all business competition.How can we make a good employee relationship management in order to develope harmonious employee relations service for enterprise developments?In view of the above problems, based on the LT company as the research object, use related theories of employee relationship management to analyze of the different types of LT company employees in labor relations management, employee communication, motivational aspects of management status and existing problems. Suggest to perfect relationship between enterprise and staff in the labor contract, strengthen communication management, especially the psychological contract with informal employees.Finally, to establish common vision and values of enterprise employees, we suggest build and perfect the LT company employee relationship management system by the incentive-restricted mechanism, and puts forward some suggestion of human resource management outsourcing.
