In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes the key wealth that are promoting the development of economy, and the carriers of this key wealth are talents. Under the background of the challenge and opportunity coexisting, enteiprises have put forward higher requirements for the manpower resources development and training. If enterprises want to be superior to their rivals, the basic route is that, they must learn faster than their rivals, must pay attention to the staff training and the promotion of staffs' overall quality, and make the core competitiveness of their own.Now more and more enterprises begin to recognize the importance of staff training. Many enterprisers take the staff training as an essential part as a business investment in human capital, and increase investment in training and strengthen the management of training.However, there are still such training problem as the actual training effect is poor in many enterprises. The fundamental reason for this is that the staff training comes apart with the corporate strategy, or the staff training is out of service for the corporate strategy, or the staff training strategy does not match with the corporate strategy. In order to achieve corporate strategic objectives, we must build our enterprise training system in a new way, making it unify with our enterprise development strategy, that is, to build an enterprise strategy-oriented training system.This paper reviews the domestic and international academic researches on enterprise training, describing the relation between enterprise training and corporate strategy, and discussing the principles, requirements, processes and methods to build an enterprise strategy-oriented training system. Taking L company for the actual study, we describe and analyze the status and existing problems of L company training system, discussing the necessity and feasibility for L company to construct the strategic-oriented training system. During the study, combining L company's strategy-oriented training system model, we make a detailed discussion on L company's whole training cycle system, including its training needs analysis, training plan establishment, training activities implementation and training effect evaluation. We also provide some more specific techniques and methods, which are exercisable, and attempt to find out a new solution for L company, to resolve its training problems during its corporate strategy training system construction.
