| As an important part of enterprise soft power,enterprise culture is the endogenous driving force for modern enterprises to achieve high-quality development,and also the key factor of enterprise core competitiveness.At present,the international situation is increasingly unstable and uncertain,the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is widespread and far-reaching,and economic globalization is encountering adverse trends.Despite the government’s monopoly system behind tobacco companies,they still face unprecedented pressure and challenges.With the increasing demand for tobacco control at home and abroad,the pressure of public opinion is increasing day by day,and the respect and social recognition of tobacco enterprises and employees are decreasing.L Tobacco companies have suffered from a series of problems such as sinking morale,lack of professional talents,lack of innovation and declining operational efficiency.Therefore,L tobacco company urgently needs to improve the corporate culture construction,enhance the core competitiveness,in order to deal with various risks.The construction of enterprise culture includes material,spirit,system and behavior.This paper takes L Tobacco company’s corporate culture construction as the research object,based on Denison’s corporate culture trait model(OCQ model).From the seven dimensions of goal vision,coordination,values,organizational learning,innovation,work participation and customer awareness,a total of 43 structured questions were determined to measure the corporate culture of L Tobacco company.Empirical research statistical work using SPSS 25 version software,through the empirical results combined with relevant statistical methods objective analysis of L tobacco company’s corporate culture,the enterprise in the material,spirit,system,behavior of the four cultural aspects of the problem and analyze the reasons.Combined with the development of enterprises to put forward the corresponding optimization scheme.In order to better implement the optimization plan of L Tobacco Company’s corporate culture,it is also necessary to establish and improve the corporate culture management system,evaluation system,implementation of the assessment and reward mechanism,publicity and funding guarantee and other implementation safeguard measures.This paper not only has strong practical significance for the improvement of L tobacco company’s corporate culture construction,but also has certain reference value for the improvement of the industry’s corporate culture construction. |
