With the speeding up of globalization, and in front of the new market structure domestically and internationally, the China tobacco industry has deepen its reform, convergence and innovation. In the recent two years the broad transformation has brought the tobacco industry into a fundamental adjustment and brand-new era. Corporate culture has been taken as the core compentence of a company and the basic driving force for fine operations.The change of external environment and business trends of the cigarette industry, it is necessary to adopt new measnures to push the stable and consistent development. Hereinforce, corporate culture built-up and its positioning has been highly recognized by the industry. The deepening change on the external enviroment and business status of the Baoao tobacco company has requested the transformation of the operations, ideology and marketing models. The management has shifted from tangible requirements to intangible incentives. The employees has been self-learning instead of being pushed to learn. All such changes requires the company to re- position the existing corporate culture.This thesis will make study on the corporate culture setup of the Baoan tobacco copany, referring to the domestic and international companies' culture built-up and centered on the people oriented core value, striving to improve enforcement and competency, converge the tranditional culture and individual advantages, to figure the corret corporate culture of the company and provide new approaches for the consitent development.
