Human Resources Management, an important function in an enterprise, is becoming more and more significant. As a subsystem of Human Resources System, Compensation Management System is responsible for communicating the corporate value to employee, rewarding the work of employee and attracting talented for enterprises. At the premise of meeting the market needs, every enterprise is required to set up a modern Compensation Management System which fit its own system and development. In an intensive competitive market environment, the state-owned enterprises face unprecedented challenges and enormous opportunities. The way of taking possession of the favorable position and establishing a scientific and reasonable compensation management system means a great deal to an enterprise.The main line of the paper is Company A's compensation system optimization. By referring many relevant papers and network resources, the writer concluded and analyzed motivation, job analysis and performance management and compensation management theories. Through describing and analysis the case, the writer integrated theories with practice, used theoretical and empirical analysis to expatiate Company A's existing compensation system and its effects and proposed the necessity of compensation system optimization and related optimization for Company A. The suggestion on comprehensive optimizing the compensation system and the prospectus on optimizing welfare for stated-owned enterprises are discussed in the paper as well.
