High Performance Management Model In The The Bicyclic Company's Application

Under the background of economic globalization, quality is increasingly becoming the focus of competition among enterprise. Criteria for performance excellence are currently the high standard of world's management. Through the application of criteria for performance excellence in Yizheng Shuanghuan Piston Ring Co., Ltd.,it analyses the existing problem of the enterprises during the process of implementation, discusses the application and spread of the management method in leadership, strategy, customers and markets, resources, process management, measurement analysis and improvement and other aspects of management, improves the organizational management maturity, constructs performance excellence management model, provides reference for other enterprises' performance of criteria for performance excellence.
