High Performance Mode In Jiangsu Tanghuang Group Limited Applied Research

Along with the fast development of economic globalization and international competition, the quality has been playing a vital role in enterprise's competition. Performance Excellence Model is widely recognized and commonly adopted as a performance management approach by the international organization. Organizations can control guidelines for self-evaluation and continuous improvement and building remarkable performance management model to help enterprises improve their performance and competitive capacity. In 2004, basing on the research of quality incentive system, The National Quality Testing Bureau has officially issued the national standard of Remarkable Achievements Appraisal Criterion which provides reference for pursuing remarkable performance model, the quantified index in the criterion will be regarded as a yardstick for quality award and enterprise's self-testing appraisal. This article aims at helping more enterprises care and enforce remarkable performance model, innovate management and enhance their comprehensive strength, thus, achieve the remarkable management achievements.Firstly, this paper introduces the quality, the development of quality management and how the domestic and abroad carrying out and applying the remarkable performance model, and expatiates the meaning and value of setting up the mode. Then, it analyses and studies the core values, frameworks, the contents of criteria for remarkable performance criterion. Taking Jiangsu Tevel Company as an example, the author analyzes the construction of its remarkable performance model, enumerates the specific method for the pattern to carry out in company quality improvement, and estimates the result.Finally, the author discusses how to build and implement remarkable performance model and what should be avoided when carrying it out. Through above research, the paper concludes that remarkable performance model is not only an efficient running pattern which could improve enterprise management method and promote market competitive ability, but also the direction of the management for the China's enterprises.
