Nowaday' s competion, is focusing on human resources. More and more successful enterprises have set high priority to employee training and development in HR strategy. Many companies have invested a lot in internal training and have developed core competencies at this area. And excellent internal training have set a good foundation to these companies as return. However, many companies also are facing challenge when implementing internal training practices. Most of them are confusing on how to evaluate the effectiveness of current training structure and process. If training has real positive business impact. This challenge is impacting training organization as a non-profit group on how to position themselves and doing future training. All training organizations are interesting to this challenge.I am working in a multi-national software company, have many years practice in training business. The company also faced the same challenge three years before and we did a series of change. The change include re-org training organization, how to plan training and how to implement training. During these two years, the training organization always focusing on ultimate goal of training. Focusing on improve training satisfaction and real business impact to business.This thesis analysis the past two year' s satisfaction and business impact date and try to observe if the change do have positive impact to satisfaction and business.During the analysis, I also summary the practices we did during the past three years and introduce some improvement areas we could try in the future.
