"To help employees succeed","quality changes the world "and "All for client" have been three core business philosophies by SY Heavy Industry since 2005. Obviously SY has profound understanding and attention to improve employee satisfaction and help employees succeed. They have been raised to the strategic level of management and development. In SY, the growth, talent and success of the staff is a basic responsibility of this long-term goal enterprise. To make employees more satisfied and help them succeed is helpful to the sustainable development of the company.This paper summarizes the main overviews of theoretical research on employee satisfaction at home and abroad. Upon this, I had the employee interview, made an employee satisfaction mode, designed a questionnaire survey into the actual data. With the use of statistical analysis methods, here comes the status quo of employee satisfaction SY Heavy Industry and its influencing factors.In order to solve the existing problem, some strategies are put forward on enhancing staff satisfaction of the SY group from the angle of management mode and different factors of staff satisfaction.This paper mainly focuses on the following 3 parts:(1) Analysis of structures and the influencing factors of SY Heavy Industry.(2) employee satisfaction management model of SY Heavy Industry: set up the management model of five dimensions of grade I , 16 dimension of grade II and 48 dimension of grade III which involving work redound, work background, work groups, work management and work running.(3) The practical strategies to enhance employee satisfaction.
