Dispatching workforce is a new employement approach meeting demands of market economy. Along with increasing maturity of the market economy, and the deepening reform of employment system,labor dispatching developed rapidly, particularly welcomed by foreign-invested enterprises, dominant enterprises and large state-owned enterprises,for it is helpful to meet the enterprise's human resources needs and facilitate the rapid development of enterprises. But companies still have more or less common problems in the real management of dispatching laborforce,such as unstable labor relations,incomplete management system of dispatching labor force,unequal pay for same positions,narrow career development channel for dispatching laborforce,and so on.These problems to a certain extent,restricted the development of enterprises, dispatched employees'satisfaction are generally not high,relatively lower than that of the directly contracted ones.This dissertation selects DN Company of communication industry as a research and diagnosis object.The author discussed the factors that affect the dispatched employees'satisfaction based on relevant theory. Then a survey covering employees on almost all the position was conducted through DN's online survey system in 2007 Satisfaction questionnaire developed by a well-known consulting company is used in the survey.Based on analysis and study of 2007 employee satisfaction survey,series of satisfaction promotion practice on dispatching laborforce management are put forward,including the establishment of a reasonable pay and benefits system to meet the materialistic needs of dispatched workers labor;to improve internal operational mechanism,toenlarged opportunity for them to participate in decision making;respect for and friendly treatment on them ion of warm and harmonious business atmosphere;emphasis on training and selection ; the establishment of mechanisms for fair competition in promotion,and so on.To learn the real feeling of dispatched worker of the above satisfaction promotion practices,and the efficiency of the implementation ,DNCompany conducted the survey again in.After a comparative analysis of employee satisfaction survey in 2008 and 2007, it is proved that the above-mentioned strategy reallyachieved certain results.Employee satisfaction among dispatched employees got a certain degree of improvement,not only higher than that in 2007,but also slightly higher than that of the formally contracted employees.It is believable that this empirical study on satisfaction management of DN Company can also be reference for other company which is employing or plan to employ dispatching laborforce.
