Analysis Of Maize Seed Production Safety Evaluation From The Perspective Of Industry Chain

Corn is a universal crop of all staple crops.With the popularization of production conditions and popularization,maize can also be used in the production of pharmaceutical raw materials,industrial raw materials and energy raw materials in other production sectors.Therefore,this paper selects maize as the research object,from four dimensions of production safety,base management security,transaction security and resource security,carries on the systematic evaluation to the current maize seed production safety.The factors that hinder the safety of maize seed production were diagnosed.The main findings are as follows:1.The risk caused by seed industry chain to crop variety safety comes from the input of the main body of the industry chain to the key elements of different forms of crop varieties in each link of the industry chain and the basic factors related to them.2.Management safety is the main factor threatening the security of maize seed production at present.The evaluation index system of seed industry chain affecting the safety of crop varieties is constructed,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the indexes that affect the safety of crop varieties by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The final results show that the degree of hindrance from high to low is as follows: management security,transaction safety,production safety and resource security,indicating that the main factors that threaten the security of crop varieties at the end of the seed industry chain are mainly in the aspect of management security.Among them,the main influencing factors of management security are effective management means,the implementation of land circulation system in seed production base,and seed production.Base isolation.3.There is a gap between the management of seed production base and the security of maize seed production.In the security aspect of base management,because of the limitation of production mechanism represented by land condition,the low level of mechanized production leads to the low efficiency of production,and the farmers and villages of seed production withdraw from the seed production industry under the principle of maximizing the benefits of seed production.Because of the slow development of management mechanism,the construction of land circulation mechanism represented by reverse lease and the security of maize seed production lags behind.It is difficult to operate on a large scale,and it is impossible to put an end to the seed production farmers and seed production villages from the management level of the base.The effect of improper behavior on the safety of maize seed production due to the lack of agreement on the benefits of seed production and the deliberate cultivation of field crops to affect the pollen purity in maize pollination.
