Logistics Service Quality Evaluation

With the rapid development of our country economy, the logistics industry in the social economic life is playing an increasingly role, more and more enterprises are aware of the third source of profits. While the sevrice quality is the lifeline of logistics enterprises. The study on logistics service quality can contribute to the logistics enterprises for effectively meet customers'needs, enhance their quality of services to help logistics enterprise in the fierce competition in the market to get more advantages in competition. Currently, in China, the study and practice on service quality of logistics is still few, the study of service quality evaluation of logistics is also very rare.The thesis based on the study of logistics enterprises service quality of the history of comprehensive review and analysis, explore the logistics service quality evaluation related concepts, introducing the influence factors of the quality of logistics services, Analysis of the current Chinese logistics enterprises service quality problems; Put forward from the angle of customer satisfaction and logistics services ability to establish logistics service quality evaluation index system, using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the value analysis to evaluate logistics enterprise service quality respectively. Then we use F logistics company to be a case study. Finally, according to the evaluation results, the measures to solve and improve the problems are proposed, the guidance and improve the service quality of logistics enterprises of our country have some guidance and practical value.
