Study On The Developing Models Of Tourism In Shangnan

ShangNan County is located in the southeast of Shaanxi Province It has obvious location advantages,geomorphology diverse and unique climate. So it has good natural environment and diversity of tourism resources. However, under the current tourism development model, the rich tourism resources in ShangNan County not only failed to be effectively protected, but also did not receive reasonable development, even did not well transform into economic benefits. Therefore, it had important theoretical value and practical significance to analyze existing tourism resources development model, to explore both local tourism resources for efficient development, protection and utilization, and promote the continuous development of tourist economy with "sustainable" tourism resource development model in ShangNan County. The study tried to use tools and literature such as "short-plate theory", "Koho theory", sustainable development theory and others. And it rationally used methods such as systems theory, pattern method, empirical analysis and others to study existed issues in tourism resources development models. It hoped to provide a scientific basis for tourism resources development mode in perfected mode and re-construction.The study started from model category, resources profile and existing model with tourism resources development in ShangNan County. Then it systematically expounded the types of current tourism resources development model and their applicability in China. With an objective analysis of the unique tourism resources, outstanding geographic advantage, and the potential advantages of the tourism market, it exmined the existing tourism resources development model in detail. And it evaluated the problems existed in model. Meanwhile, it also revealed problems existing tourism resources development model on another angle through qualitative and quantitative in-depth analysis on " Tourism Resources Development Model in ShangNan County ". So it put forward five ideas to rich and construct tourism resources development model in ShangNan County. First, to create ShangShan Mountains National Park development mode, it was combined the spatial agglomeration development to scatter development. Second, it was to improve traffic for the implementation of regional joint. Third, it was to highlight the strengths and uniqueness with tying tourism industry and traditional industries closely. Fourth, it was to focus on participation with integrating tourism resources into poverty relief and the new rural development. Finally, it was change backward ideas from government-led model to enterprise-led type. In new developmental models, it stressed as follows. The central was to create ShangShan Mountains National Park development mode while the key was to improve traffic for the implementation of regional joint. The dynamical was to tie tourism industry and traditional industries closely while the aim was poverty relief and the new rural development. The direction was to transform government-led model into enterprise-led type.
