| The rapid development of economic globalization promotes and encourages the construction and constant perfection of quality management system in the modern manufacturing enterprise. In the modern enterprise management, corporate executives pay more and more attention to TQM. Information technology applications of Quality management are effective means for enhencing the quality of the. products and developping the market. As an important part of quality management, Process quality control is also the core content. Comparing with the developed countries, there isn't obvious gab in hardwares in China's tobacco industry, but there is a significant gap in quality management, especially in process quality control. At present, most of the tobacco industry is still in the testing phase of quality, the means and methods of process quality control are weak. Statistical Process Control (SPC) System is a good process quality control method, therefore, the research and application of quality management system based on statistical process control(SPC) are strong practical significance.This article was divided into six parts. The first part summarized the background, significance and the related research methods of this article. The second part introduced the theroies of quality management and SPC, the basic thoughts and the meanings of quality management and the applications of SPC in quality management. The third part was about the actualities of quality management system in Lingling cigarette factory, and the existing problems and their reasons in quality management were analyzed. The forth part and the fifth part were the keystones of the article. Aming at the actualities of quality management system in Lingling cigarette factory, the forth part designed quality management system which was based on SPC system. The fifth part implemented and evaluated the quality management system based on SPC. The sixth part was the conclusion and expectation. |
