Chongzuo Branch Of The Guangxi Mobile Telecom Industry Full-service Operation Background Of Human Resources Strategy Research

China Mobile Communication Corporation Limited, Guangxi Chongzuo Branch was formally established in May 2009. With seven branch companies, our service network covers a wide range of areas in Chongzuo and provides mobile information services for customers.With the successful reorganization of telecommunications companies and the issuance of 3G licenses, China has stepped into 3G era. Apart from the business of mobile phones, the three telecommunications companies can provide various services such as fixed telephone, IP and broadband, aiming to achieve comprehensive business operation. On January 13th,2010, the executive meeting of the State Council officially decided to promote the integration of telecommunication network, broadcast television network and Internet. The purpose of the decision is to kick off three-network convergence, provide users with voice, data, broadcast television and other services. Nowadays, Internet of Things has been upgraded into a national strategy and added to the Major State Basic Research Development Program. Premier Wen Jiabao clearly pointed out that we should combine the sensing system and the TD-SCDMA technology at 3G together in order to boost the development of sensor network (Internet of Things) in major national science and technology programs. In the meetings of National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in March 2010, Wang Jianzhou, the member of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and president of China Mobile, presented a proposal named "Developing Internet of Things and Promoting informatization". In the proposal, he puts forward to accelerate the development of Internet of Things, especially making use of TD-SCDMA technology to improve industrialization of Internet of Things. With the clear idea of comprehensive service and a rapid pace in telecommunications industry, the market competition will become increasingly fierce.In this context, this paper regards human resource of Chongzuo Mobile as the research subject and focuses on the enhancement of human resource to meet the development demand of comprehensive service. Through SWOT Analysis, the paper figures out the problems of human resource of Chongzuo Mobile. Besides, it mainly illustrates the human resource strategy through diverse research methods, involving quantitative and qualitative analysis. In detail, the paper can be divided into following parts:(1) review related theories of human resource; (2) analyze the developing trend of human resource strategy in telecommunications industry in the context of comprehensive service.(3) identify current situations of human resource of Chongzuo Mobile through all-round researches. (4) put forward strategic plan for human resource under comprehensive service background according to the actual situation of Chongzuo Mobile.
