With globalization of the economy, resource of the knowledge and intensity of the competition, virtual team has been produced as a required new organizational structure. It can make use of complementary knowledge and knowledge sharing to provide a new and doubled development of space for units, regions and even the world. So it is very necessary to study the problem of knowledge sharing of virtual teams.Firstly, the knowledge sharing of virtual teams is analyzed in-depth. Secondly, the idea of knowledge chain is introduced into, from this point of view, the knowledge-sharing mechanism of virtual teams is studied, and a process model of knowledge-sharing mechanism of virtual teams which is based on the knowledge chain is structured. Finally, for its practical implementation, to achieve the role of guiding the concrete practice, the practical principles and the implementation strategy for some factors are presented as enforcement regulation. |
