Basing on the thoughts, methods, theory and concepts of cooperating, this thesis defined the mean of large infrastructure project cooperating management. Across the function rushing of complex system and the analysis of system dynamics, author found the diamond model of cooperating management, making sure six factors, such as the efficiency of organize, the circulate ability of flow, the smooth of logistic, the faithfulness of partners, the sharing degree of project information, the common wishes. At the same time, it analyzed the circulate mechanism of the diamond model and set up the system of evaluating including of the index.The thesis was established in the contactor analyzing that how the cooperating management reinforced the factors and what kind of strategy developed the management from core-organize, correlative-organize and culture. For cooperating in core-organize, some artifice were made to optimize the design of function, system, performance evaluation and flow. For cooperating in correlative-organize, it can be built from three aspects: logistic optimizing, management by contract, communication platform. For culture cooperating, it can be inosculated between core-organize and correlative-organize. At last, the diamond model and the system of evaluating was validated by the practice in CQ project.In the background of the fleetly development in large infrastructure projects and our country calling for building harmonious society, it was innovative and significative that the thesis researched in the cooperating management of large infrastructure projects.
